- Support the daily work of the Senior Admissions Officer
- Guide parents through the admissions process, making the experience positive, straightforward and engaging throughout
- Build an understanding of each family’s needs and interests throughout the Parent Experience Journey
- Drive conversion at each stage of the pipeline by maintaining a focus on ‘closing’ towards the next step
- Ensure that the school’s brand and core messages are integrated throughout the entire process
- Support the Director of Admissions and Marketing throughout the re-enrolment process to optimize the retention of existing students and families
- Implement the school’s admissions processes in line with any group policies and local market regulations
- Manage data capture and lead management through iSAMs currently and our CRM systems
- To provide occasionally cover for reception (mainly during absences, illnesses)
- Fluency in written and spoken Hungarian and English
- Highly organized, efficient, and proactive in dealing with tasks and responsibilities
- Being able to communicate politely with confidence and enthusiasm
- Honesty and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
- Excellent IT skills
- Team player
- Prior relevant experience and excellence in customer service are an advantage
