- Assisting customers at the rental counter
- Clearly explaining rental terms, services, and available products
- Promoting and upselling additional products and upgrades
- Handling rental agreements, vehicle handovers, and payments
- Maintaining daily fleet organization and site order
- Moving cars between designated parking areas
- Inspecting returned vehicles, documenting damages with photos and reports
- Checking vehicles before handover
- Monitoring fuel levels and cleanliness
- Providing passenger shuttle service between the airport and the rental office

- Completed secondary education
- Valid category B driving license and confident driving skills
- Fluent spoken English and German
- Basic technical understanding of vehicles
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of other foreign languages
- Taxi or passenger transport license
- Professional driver’s license

- Full Austrian employment contract including 13th and 14th monthly salaries, gross salary of EUR 2,700 + performance-based bonuses
