MARKETING SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely on a daily basis with the Hungarian Sales Team, Husqvarna Dealers, and the Marketing Manager Central Europe (direct supervisor) to ensure smooth coordination and execution of marketing activities.
- Support marketing planning and execute the digital marketing strategy across all Husqvarna channels (websites, newsletters, social media, event organization) in line with Res and Pro Europe Marketing guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with local and international media agencies, taking an active role in planning and preparation processes.
- Manage promotional periods from planning through to execution.
- Handle the full scope of the marketing plan and budget in close cooperation with the European Central Marketing Team.
- Represent the Hungarian marketing team at international sales and marketing conferences.
- Coordinate POS and advertising materials: synchronization, translation, production, and execution.
- Organize and manage team-building trainings and other corporate events.
- Order and produce branded promotional gifts.
- Prepare, design, proofread, and coordinate the production of Hungarian versions of brochures.
- Prepare, format, and distribute advertising and promotional newsletters and invitations.
- Manage orders and stock levels for sales support materials; prepare stock reports.
- Maintain and distribute the product image database to partners.
- Prepare and organize customer (dealer) training sessions.
- Proofread, request quotes, and oversee the production of printed materials.
- Coordinate magazine advertisements and PR articles; liaise with editorial offices and agencies.
- Support the After Sales team’s marketing activities, including the preparation of marketing materials and event organization.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the responsible manager.
- Ensure brand message consistency across all marketing platforms in line with corporate brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Communication or Business.
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a large corporate or international environment.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident collaboration skills in multifunctional, cross-team environments.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans and activities.
- Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tight-deadline projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to support and develop business initiatives through marketing activities.
- Experience in trade marketing and collaboration with sales teams is highly appreciated.
