EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
 

In this role, you will contribute to the development of our Export business in Croatia/Serbia/Slovenia/BiH by strongly supporting the sales team in the fulfilment of their duties.
 
This is what you will do:
  • Assist the export sales team with Customer inquiries
  • Processing Customer orders and sample requests from order to delivery focusing on export deliveries
  • Maintain a high level of Customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Follow up and secure the inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate with Customers and Suppliers such as  forwarders
  • Collaborate with sales team to get high level of forecast accuracy
  • Prepare documentation for Customer listings
  • Participate in reporting
  • Support the company’s Sustainability journey through various activities
  • Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, you will contribute to the development of our Export business in Croatia/Serbia/Slovenia/bih by strongly supporting the sales team in the fulfilment of their duties
Requirements to fill the post:
  • Fluency in Croatian, Hungarian and English language
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or sales support
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driving license is a plus
  • Understanding the S&OP cycle and be aware of demand planning is an advantage
