Their 35-person team based in Törökbálint is currently looking for a new colleague for the following position:

HR AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with HR policies and legal regulations
  • End-to-end recruitment from approval request till onboarding
  • New employee management
  • Labour administration, prepare data/provision/reports as needed
  • Outsourcing payroll processing to an external company
  • Entering and maintaining SAP HANA HR master data
  • Managing IT access rights for employees
  • Support of HQ and local HR projects
  • Support of HR processes such as performance management, talent management, training coordination
  • Support of team-building and occasional company dinners and lunches
  • Organizational management
  • Employee Relations and Organization Atmosphere development

Requirements:

  • Degree and HR professional with compliance experience from Corporate Business or Law Degree combined with HR expertise
  • Fluent English both spoken and written 
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using office software (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.)
