The Budapest team provides IT Service Desk Support, works on process automation and explores AI-supported customer service solutions. Due to their continued growth, our Partner is looking for a new colleague for the following position:
IT SUPPORTER (DEUTSCH & ENGLISCH)
Your responsibilities:
- Providing IT support to users via phone and email
- Processing, tracking and documenting tickets
- Cooperating with customers and 2nd-level support teams
- Maintaining and continuously developing the knowledge base
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and the user experience
They are looking for you if:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in IT support, service desk or IT help desk
- You have very good German and English language skills (C1 level)
- You have a service-oriented approach and enjoy solving problems
- You are interested in new technologies and digital solutions
- You communicate confidently and enjoy working with people
