Our Partner is a fast-growing manufacturing company operating in the waste management and recycling industry. To support its continued growth, we are looking for an experienced
PRODUCTION LEADER
to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production activities based on customer demand
- Organize production schedules and optimize shift planning
- Lead and supervise daily production operations across three shifts
- Manage and develop production, maintenance, and operational teams
- Oversee internal logistics, inventory management, and quality control processes
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and unexpected repairs with the maintenance team and external service providers
- Monitor production performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Work closely with senior management on operational planning and decision-making
- Support recruitment activities together with the HR team
What we're looking for:
- University degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field
- At least 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Professional working proficiency in English
- A valid Category B driving licence
- Strong production planning and people management skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in the plastics, recycling, or waste management industry
- German language skills
- International work experience

Working Hours:
- Flexible working schedule with occasional availability outside standard working hours and on weekends, as operational needs require.
