SALES SPECIALIST (Construction Products)
 
 
About the role:
  • They are looking for a Sales Specialist West (Hungary) to strengthen their Construction division. This is a generalist sales role, covering all Husqvarna Construction product groups across Western Hungary.
  • You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding their dealer and rental network, and supporting key customers and projects. The role requires a strong commercial mindset combined with technical understanding and hands-on customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and market share in Western Hungary across all product groups
  • Develop and expand dealer and rental partner Network
  • Identify and manage key projects and large construction investments
  • Acquire and develop new customers and end-users
  • Prepare, follow up and close quotations
  • Organize and execute product demonstrations, trainings and workshops
  • Provide on-site technical and commercial support to customers
  • Support cross-regional cooperation on projects and share best practices
  • Increase product competence and usage across partners (machines + diamond tools)
  • Maintain accurate customer data and pipeline in CRM
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (construction or technical field is an advantage)
  • Fluent Hungarian, basic English knowledge preferred (advanced English is an advantage)
  • Strong technical affinity and willingness to learn
  • Proven ability to develop customers and close deals
  • Proactive, independent and results-driven personality
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Category B driving license
