CHINESE SPEAKING SENIOR PROJECT ASSISTANT

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your Chinese language skills in an international automotive environment while supporting customer relationships, business development, and project activities? To support our partner's continued growth in Hungary, we are looking for a Chinese-Speaking Sales & Project Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain continuous communication with Chinese and Hungarian customers and business partners
- Support the Project Manager and Sales team by identifying new business opportunities and assisting with offer preparation
- Conduct customer negotiations and regular in-person client visits
- Support the launch of new projects, including participation in kick-off meetings, information gathering, and documentation preparation
- Prepare regular reports and status updates for the Project Manager
- Collect customer requirements and coordinate with technical and operational teams
- Facilitate cooperation between internal departments on customer projects
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements:
- Active Chinese language skills at a communicative level
- English and/or Hungarian language knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and excellent negotiation abilities
- Secondary or higher education qualification
- User-level knowledge of MS Office applications
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel nationwide (Eastern Hungary region)

- Experience in the automotive industry or technical service environment
- Experience in project launches or project implementation
