To support the continuous growth of their Hungarian team, Husqvarna Construction Division is currently looking for a new colleague for the following BACK OFFICE position:
 
SALES COORDINATOR
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end order administration, from order entry to delivery and invoicing
  • Support invoicing processes, including pricing, discounts, and documentation checks
  • Coordinate returns, claims, and shipment-related administration
  • Handle blocked orders and documentation gaps in cooperation with Finance
  • Maintain and update customer, product, and pricing master data
  • Monitor stock availability and provide accurate information to Sales teams
  • Support demand planning activities and follow up on open operational topics
  • Act as a key contact person between Sales, Finance, Logistics, and partners
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and high service quality
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, order management, logistics coordination, or invoicing support
  • Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong Excel knowledge (filters, pivot tables, basic data analysis)
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems or order management tools
  • High attention to detail and accurate data handling skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and cooperate with different stakeholders
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
