- Act as the primary operational contact for existing customers, managing product lifecycle–related communication and inquiries
- Prepare and manage quotations for existing customers in line with company pricing guidelines, margin targets, and minimum order quantities
- Support sales managers in preparing quotations for new products and assist in acquiring and onboarding new customers
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to support long-term business growth
- Ensure accurate recording and updating of forecasts, orders, and customer data in ERP/CRM systems to support company planning
- Process and track customer orders (including samples), ensuring accuracy, timely entry into ERP/EDI systems, and proper documentation, invoicing, and shipping
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate commercial clarifications with sales managers when required
- Prepare sales reports and statistics, support inventory and accounts receivable monitoring, and update customer portals and ordering platforms as needed
- Commercial training (industrial clerk), business administration degree or further professional qualification (e.g. IHK specialist).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Business-fluent verbal and written communication skills for customer support and internal communication, in Hungarian, German and in English (minimum C1)
- Customer orientation with a proactive approach to achieving results in a fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and apply concepts to find solutions for customers and the company
- Good understanding of complex products and the ability to explain their features and benefits clearly and comprehensibly
- Proficient use of a diverse software environment, including Office 365, ERP systems, CRM tools, and customer-managed portals (e.g. ‘Arriba’)
