They are looking for a new colleague to join their team for the following role:
 
PURCHASER

Tasks:
  • R&D needs assessment & planning: Close collaboration with engineering and project management to define technical, material, and equipment requirements aligned with company strategy
  • R&D-focused procurement strategy: Developing sourcing plans for prototypes, lab materials, and specialized equipment, including feasibility and compliance checks
  • Supplier strategy & partnerships: Identifying, evaluating, and auditing innovative suppliers; building strategic partnerships for custom or small-series R&D manufacturing
  • RFQs, tendering & negotiations: Managing competitive bidding processes and leading supplier negotiations
  • Project support & logistics coordination: Aligning procurement schedules with project milestones; handling supplier issues and coordinating warehousing/logistics
  • Contracting & documentation: Preparing NDAs, service and supplier agreements with attention to IP and licensing, in cooperation with operations
  • Cost & risk management: Monitoring budgets, conducting variance analysis, and mitigating procurement risks with a focus on timely delivery
  • Stakeholder collaboration & process development: Working closely with engineering, finance, operations, and QA; supporting audits, tracking supplier performance, and building scalable procurement processes
Requirements:
  • High School diploma
  • 5 years professional experience in procurement, preferably in the chemical, energy, or high-tech industry
  • Business level (negotiation ready) English proficiency skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate with a high-performing cross-functional team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Passion for sustainable technology and innovation
