Now, we’re inviting you to take on a key role as our next New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to lead the next wave of innovation within our NPD programs. This is your opportunity to drive the development of advanced, intuitive food analysis solutions that have real-world impact.
For their innovation center in Pécs, we are looking for a new colleague for the following position:
NPD PROJECT MANAGER (Supporting the Soft Flow NPD Programs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, cross-functional product development projects (hardware, software, digital integration, prototyping, certification, production setup)
- Translate customer needs into product specifications and ensure an outstanding user experience
- Plan and manage projects (milestones, budgets, risks, resources)
- Closely collaborate with local and Danish R&D, Marketing, Sales, Service, and international teams
- Ensure smooth handover to production and support successful market launch
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a scientific field (e.g., MSc in Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading complex instrument or product development projects
- Knowledge of hardware and software development, manufacturing, and certification processes
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment (collaboration with R&D, production, quality)
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured yet flexible working style in complex environments
