- Supporting Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) activities – ensuring that all legal requirements and internal policies and procedures are in place, appropriate training is delivered, and all necessary actions are implemented to ensure compliance
- Supporting IMS activities – ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies and procedures, organizing trainings, and guaranteeing conformity; coordinating periodic audits and ensuring compliance during external audits
- Continuous analysis of the current situation and development of proposals for further improvements in all three areas
- Supporting the investigation of accidents and unsafe behaviors; coordinating the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Internal corporate communication regarding national, EU, and company regulations
- Building and maintaining constructive relationships with relevant stakeholders
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the EHS field
- External and internal auditor qualification (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001)
- Confident English language skills, both written and spoken
- Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) qualification
- Fire safety qualification
- First aid knowledge
- Knowledge of relevant local and EU regulatory environments
- Confident user-level knowledge of MS Office applications
- Valid Category “B” driving license and willingness to travel
