TRIAL COORDINATOR
to support the organization and execution of pre-commercial vegetable trials in the Balkan region (Serbia, Albania, North Macedonia).

Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, supporting, and monitoring trials
- Supporting trial sites (sowing, transplanting, recording, harvesting)
- Reporting results to the breeding departments
- Identifying promising varieties
- Coordinating international breeding trials
- Organizing field days, demonstrations, and seminars for distributors and growers
Requirements:
- University or college degree in horticulture/agriculture
- Minimum 3 years of experience with vegetable varieties
- Native Serbian and strong English language skills
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel
