TECHNICAL AFTERSALES SPECIALIST
 

About the Position:
  • The Aftersales Specialist is a generalist the key contact for all service-related activities, focusing on supporting the service network, increasing parts and accessories sales, and ensuring long-term equipment performance. This technically skilled role strengthens customer satisfaction and loyalty through expert support to partners and clients.
  • As part of the implementation and expansion of this generalist role as an Aftersales Specialist you will leave your own footprint and actively participate in the development of our Aftersales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to service partners, end-users, and internal team members.
  • Assist with service issues and quality problems, including performing minor repairs when needed.
  • Offer on-site technical support to end-users at key construction projects and sites.
  • Develop, expand, and maintain a nationwide service partner network.
  • Coordinate complex repair cases with CESE regional After Sales team leaders.
Requirements:
  • Technical education (minimum secondary level; vocational or higher technical degree preferred – e.g., mechanical, electrical, or construction machinery focus).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience – preferably in the construction, machinery, or industrial equipment sector.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including ability to perform diagnostics and minor repairs on professional construction equipment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel regularly (nationally and occasionally internationally).
  • Fluent Hungarian and good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, service portals).
  • Valid category B driver’s license (mandatory).
