MARKETING ASSISTANT
 

Job Purpose:
Reporting to Director of Marketing and Admissions the key focus of the role will be raising awareness of the School and generating enrolment growth; as well as developing and implementing the marketing strategies. The role will have the responsibility for a range of projects across all online/ offline as well as communications channels in general as well as the alignment of all marketing and communications plans/strategies.   
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent delivery of the marketing strategy across the school
  • Implement and refine strategies to meet pupil number targets
  • Manage and develop the website, focusing on content and SEO
  • Enhance online presence through digital marketing and social media
  • Create publications supporting the Marketing team’s work
  • Support strategy development to meet business goals and engage stakeholders
  • Uphold brand consistency across all communications and events
  • Capture school events through photography and videography
  • Represent the school at marketing and recruitment events
  • Assist in producing the weekly school newsletter
  • Design branded assets using Canva and Adobe tools
  • Support social media management
  • Plan and run internal and external school events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, Branding,Design, etc)
  • 2+ years working in a marketing team/environment
  • Excellent graphic design skills. Working knowledge of Canva and Photoshop/InDesign
  • Working knowledge of producing high quality content for website and social media
  • Working knowledge of producing high end photography, videography, and video editing skills
  • Experience in using digital and social media trends and tools to influence the sales life cycle
  • Creative and technical thinking ability
  • Good copywriting skills with excellent written English
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
  • Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure
