FMCG Key Account Manager will be responsible for:

 

  • The sales of the company’s products and services within defined key account customer portfolio. 
  • Ensure consistent, profitable growth of the portfolio in support of the overall strategic growth targets of the company.
  • Together with the FMCG Key Accounts Sales Manager and relevant stakeholders of the Central Sales team develop the commercial growth strategy of the customers. 
  • Organise the Account Team in such a way that the highest level of service can be offered to internal and external customers in compliance with the company objectives.

Account strategy and Planning

  • Define the customer’s sales strategy with market drivers, enablers and tailor-made value propositions 
  • Define go-to market plan from market and customer lead insights on products, services and supply chain needs
  • Deploy the Account strategy with the stakeholders in the business and with the Account team
  • Lead the access to strategic integration between DS Smith Packaging and the identified Accounts
  • Ensure fully detailed Account Development through processes of Market Intelligence, Innovation and Product Development.
  • Obtaining and analyse market conditions and trends in order to identify opportunities for profitable growth with the accounts 
 
 
Our requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a multinational matrix FMCG industry as Key Account Management handling international clients, Packaging industry experience is an advantage
  • BA in Business administration or equivalent
  • High learning agility
  • Conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking & acting.
  • Helicopter view.
  • Autonomous and self-assured but also team player – relational skills, master or networks
  • Demonstrated ability to cope under pressure.
  • Have excellent business acumen and show permanent business/customer curiosity.
  • Demonstrated ability to react & decide quickly and effectively to changing circumstances.
  • Commercial attitude with a pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • C1 level of English and Hungarian
  • Driver’s license B
  • Strong command of MS Office (esp. Excel, Powerpoint), SAP is an advantage
  • Empathetic, communicative listening sense.
  • Demonstrated ability to address conflict and disharmony fairly.
