Work environment
You are to work with Gergő, our Performance Manager. Gergő is a humble problem solver, who focuses on solution design and solutions adapted to solving the problems of our front office business, namely the Leasing, Marketing and Operations teams.
The back office function of the company constitutes of the Performance, Legal, Finance and Accounting teams. 
Together, What are you up to?
The company is developing its Back Office function to be able to support with state of the art methods and technologies the key Front Office functions in better delivering sustainable revenue growth. You will be contributing to a cultural change to which Performance Management is integral part and will have the opportunity to have impact on how the firm is rethinking its Business Controlling and Performance Management functions.
Your missions:
  • Support the Performance Manager in business controlling, management reporting, process design and report and process automation
  • Support the monthly performance reporting and contribute to its automatization
  • Create timely management reports in the field of retail, real estate, commerce and finance
  • Assist the Performance and Finance functions in the budgeting  and operational closing exercises
  • Work together with colleagues from Spain and Portugal to share best practices and better ways of conducting business controlling
Your profile:
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, or any other quantitative field
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Working proficiency in French is a huge plus
  • Advanced analytical and synthesis skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is an advantage
  • Experience and interest in process design
  • Familiar with finance and accounting principles
  • General interest in Real Estate and Retail
  • General interest in organizational process design, information systems, management reporting and business controlling
  • Goal oriented and punctual, problem solver and self-starter attitude
  • Keen on taking responsibility and seizing opportunities and initiatives
