Laying the foundation for successful employment and jobmarket basics   Job searching has its own techniques, pitfalls, and processes. We assist in identifying the directions and tools necessary for successful employment. Through a thorough career interview, we map out the professional’s goals, strengths, and qualifications.

Professional application preparation   We analyze the current application docuiments of the professional, correct errors, and make additions. Then we prepare a professional resume in both Hungarian and English. We also provide LinkedIn profile analysis and advice, creating a professional LinkedIn profile.

Interview preparation and mock interviews   We provide assistance and advice for preparing for phone/online and in-person interviews. If the professional has found a position they wish to apply for, we conduct mock interviews tailored to the specific job.

Career strategy, action plan & 3-month coaching   We outline the specific process and steps of job searching. Through weekly consultations of either 1 hour or 2 half-hour sessions, we monitor the job search progress and provide guidance until successful employment, or for a maximum of 12 weeks.
