RMC & PRECAST SENIOR ANALYST - Slovak/Hungarian
 
 
 
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Project management of the company's non-cement segments
  • Conducting business and operational analyses to identify business risks, supporting management in continuously improving business performance
  • Developing and improving scope frameworks throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with quality and performance standards, while proactively identifying and assessing potential risks
  • Monitoring and evaluating project objectives and performance indicators, preparing actionable analyses and recommendations to improve efficiency and successfully achieve business outcomes
  • Developing analytical approaches, automation solutions, and process simplifications for assigned projects
  • Preparing feasibility studies and business cases for organic development and M&A opportunities
  • Supporting integration processes
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal partners across all non-cement business segments
  • Reporting project results and/or risks, and escalating issues when necessary, in line with the project work plan
Requirements:
  • Higher education degree in economics or finance
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in one of the following roles: business analyst, risk analyst, or financial analyst
  • Project management knowledge
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Fluent English or Slovak language skills
  • A practical approach, curiosity, and collaborative skills
