INSIDE SALES/CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
 

They are seeking a motivated, results-driven Client Relations Specialist to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue through B2B phone and virtual sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and confidence in engaging decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers. It offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in sales, including progression into Field Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 400 potential customers across multiple countries (up to $50K annual revenue each)
  • Maintain and grow accounts through virtual relationship management
  • Monitor account activity, identify churn risks, and take proactive retention actions
  • Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities within existing clients
  • Re-engage and win back lost clients in the region
  • Acquire new clients (“new logos”) within the defined revenue segment
  • Collaborate with pricing teams and develop existing customers to expand business
  • Track activities in CRM (HubSpot) and meet KPIs (calls, growth, volume)
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Fluent English knowledge (both written and oral)
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to overcome rejection from sales leads
