They are seeking a motivated, results-driven Client Relations Specialist to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue through B2B phone and virtual sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and confidence in engaging decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers. - Manage a portfolio of up to 400 potential customers across multiple countries (up to $50K annual revenue each)
- Maintain and grow accounts through virtual relationship management
- Monitor account activity, identify churn risks, and take proactive retention actions
- Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities within existing clients
- Re-engage and win back lost clients in the region
- Acquire new clients (“new logos”) within the defined revenue segment
- Collaborate with pricing teams and develop existing customers to expand business
- Track activities in CRM (HubSpot) and meet KPIs (calls, growth, volume)
- High school diploma
- Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Fluent English knowledge (both written and oral)
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
- Must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- High level of attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to overcome rejection from sales leads
- Experience in virtual sales or customer service experience
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot)
