SAP S/4HANA CONSULTANT
 

Your responsibilities as an SAP S/4HANA Consultant:
As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions (cloud and on-premise) to help clients achieve operational excellence and digital transformation. This role requires both technical expertise and a deep understanding of business processes. Detailed responsibilities:
  • Implementation: Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects – Fit-to-Standard analysis, configuration, migration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Process Analysis: Evaluate and optimize business processes, translating them into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with finance, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Advisory: Provide expert recommendations on enhancements, upgrades, and extension options.
  • Training and Support: Deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation assistance to ensure successful adoption.
  • Innovation: Keep up to date with SAP S/4HANA innovations and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education and Languages: University degree, fluent English and/or German (both written and spoken).
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP S/4HANA on-premise).
  • Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP standard processes in finance, logistics, procurement, or production.
  • Professional Skills: Proven experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration within SAP environments.
  • Consulting Mindset: Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach focused on delivering measurable business value.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams.
