Your Key Role:
 
BRANCH OFFICE MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE) – Slovenia
 
You will be responsible for the overall business performance in Slovenia, developing and executing the branch strategy, and leading a dedicated team. You will report directly to the Export Development Department Leader and manage a 4-person team.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Slovenia,
  • Lead and motivate a team of 4 professionals,
  • Manage marketing campaigns and dealer relationships,
  • Monitor market trends and propose strategic adjustments,
  • Ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance.
What We Are Looking For:
  • College/university degree, preferably in economics, finance, or sales,
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive sector (dealerships, importers, leasing, or fleet management),
  • Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience,
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Slovenian automotive market, financial and economic knowledge, regulatory awareness, and understanding of business processes,
  • Fluent English (C1) and native-level Slovenian.
  • Candidates must have the right to work in Slovenia; Slovenian citizenship or permanent residency is preferred.
