SUPPLY CHAIN / OPERATIONS MANAGER 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the supply chain team (7 employees)
  • Support team performance with guidance and clear communication
  • Monitor and ensure the precise execution of operational tasks
  • Handle exceptions and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain strong administrative control and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure service quality
  • Report key performance indicators and propose process improvements
Requirements:
  • At least a secondary degree (preferably in logistics or economics)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain management
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership abilities
  • Highly accurate, organized, and administratively strong
  • Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
