Our Partner is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead small to mid-sized development projects focused on technological upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
 
Now, you have the opportunity to join their team in the following position:
 
PROJECT ENGINEER (PE)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, supervise, and implement small to mid-sized development projects (e.g. technological upgrades, replacements, infrastructure improvements)
  • Participate in investment projects while ensuring smooth operations and production continuity
  • Keep all technical and operational documentation up to date throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain regular contact with suppliers and construction partners to support project execution
  • Improve processes and business efficiency through successful project delivery
  • Manage the procurement and availability of materials and tools
  • Track project costs and prepare monthly financial reports
  • Monitor project-related working hours and support departments with this data
  • Prepare and maintain the daily CAPEX follow-up list
  • Assist decision-making by preparing projects for necessary approvals
  • Work closely with the maintenance department during implementation
  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution in cooperation with partners
  • Promote a safety-first culture and act in line with the integrated management system
  • Contribute to achieving management goals and act responsibly to prevent safety, health, and environmental risks
Advantages:
