EMEA REGIONAL PRICING SPECIALIST
 
You will manage pricing requests from OIA branches, sales teams, agents, customer platforms, and tenders to ensure optimal pricing through supplier and stakeholder relationships. Your goal is to deliver winning quotes and maintain business growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations:
  • Drive a high-energy, results-oriented environment.
  • Ensure seamless communication and documentation of quotes.
  • Manage regional and local pricing for fast turnarounds and high response rates.
  • Collaborate with product experts and suppliers to optimize pricing.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing agreements and cost reductions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems (AEO, ISO).
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Maintain OIA’s market credibility and presence.
  • Develop tools and processes to improve bid efficiency and success rates.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and opportunities.
  • Communicate pricing performance to refine strategies.
  • Customer Service & People:
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Proactively find solutions and optimize customer opportunities.
  • Contribute to company growth through collaboration and innovation.
  • Success Metrics:
  • Improved quote conversion, response times, and volume growth.
  • Effective negotiation and pricing strategy improvements.
  • Increased market share and customer retention.
Requirements:
  • Experience in procurement or product pricing within freight forwarding.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English and the local language.
  • Eligibility to work in the country of employment.
