LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

Your role:
- Organization of export shipments
- Handling freight quote request on ad-hoc basis
- Preparation of documents
- Arranging customs clearance with an export broker
- Support and cooperate on freight tenders
- Track shipments till completion and report tracking information to related parties
- Cooperate with other departments in all logistics related issues
What you will need:
- Minimum of 1,5- 3 years of Logistics experience
- Can keep a live communication channel with partnering functions (plant, customer service, freight forwarders)
- Competency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to multi-task
- Bachelor degree – preferably in Logistics specialization
- Solid understanding of global transportation modes and process
- Fluency in business English and Hungarian
