- Leading, supervising and assisting the sales support team in their daily work, coordinating group tasks
- Assisting the outside sales team and communicating with customers when needed
- Documenting incoming information in internal company systems
- Providing full support for project preparation, documentation and project life cycle management
- Preparing SAP training materials and training if required
- Working closely with other departments
- Preparation of statistics and reports
- At least secondary degree
- Must be fluent in English
- Confident in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a high level of responsibility
- Problem solving and proactive mindset
- Customer focused communication skills and approach
- Other foreign languages will be considered an asset
- Experience in same administrative position
