KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

You will be a key member of our awesome team. 
We work with eTailers in more than 10 European countries and are expanding globally. 
In this role you can extend your technological, sales, project management, presentation, and product development skills.

 

What you will need to do in the role:
  • Own the ultimate success of Prefixbox products by taking responsibility for the satisfaction, retention and growth of each account
  • Enrich our offering to enterprise customers by understanding their business and helping them maximize their profitability with our solutions
  • Leverage your relationships with existing clients to create new business opportunities
  • Take ownership of the transfer of information from Product Development and Marketing to your portfolio of clients to drive upsell and cross selling opportunities and secure our long-term revenue stream through the timely renewal of client contract
  • Collaborate with other business teams (Sales and Marketing teams) 
  • Become an eCommerce expert and give product demos to VPs and Directors in some of the largest businesses in the region
  • Represent the company at local eCommerce events and give product presentations to build brand awareness 
  • Develop, achieve, and report on monthly targets and KPIs
  • Be willing and ready to travel to customers (post-Covid)
What skills and experience are essential for the position?
  • 2+ years of similar experience in the SaaS sector
  • Good command of English (in order to communicate with the team and customers)
  • Technology skills and interest (you should be able to do complete product demonstrations and credibly discuss technical topics)
  • Great negotiation and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent client management and relationship building skills 
  • Confidence in presenting 
  • A client advocate who can understand when to upsell to solve business pains
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas – provide examples in application 
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Patient and a friendly attitude with customers
  • Previous experience in the eCommerce sector is a bonus
