MAIN tasks

• Coordinate ERP (MM module in SAP) activities in sustainable and most efficient way,
• Analyze, understand and define opportunities to continuously pool, optimize and improve assigned categories in order to maximize the savings,
• Continuously improve procurement services rendered to internal customers,
• Drive actively the development and implementation of sourcing strategies within assigned responsibility and comply with the defined sourcing strategies and contracts,
• Perform periodical or ad hoc reports and analysis in order to evaluate and improve procurement processes,
• Perform prequalification and evaluation of supplier performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• University or college degree in economic or technical science,
• 1-2 years experience in procurement, 
• Knowledge of ERP system, preferably SAP and its implementation,
• Fluent English,
• Advanced MS Office skills,
• B category driving license
• Analytical skills,
• Technical understanding of assigned categories,
• Deep understanding of procure to pay process,
• Responsibility and self-motivation.

GOOD TO HAVE, BUT NOT A MUST

• Experience in manufacturing field,
• Knowledge of German language,
• Knowledge of ARIBA and e-auction.
