QUALITY, HEALTH & SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT MANAGER (QHSE MANAGER)
ready to participate to the company’s scale up plans. Responsibility includes team management and creation of documents in accordance with QHSE regulations, not only in Hungary, but in our subsidiary's companies abroad too.
Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise the activities of 8 subordinates, coach the team
Develop, implement, and improve QHSE management systems, processes and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and GDPR.
Preparing calculations and quotations for the existing and potential clients
Prepare QHSE documentation for clients and projects as per the requirements
Plan and ensure the effectiveness of internal and external quality audits
Creates, evaluates, educates, and administers the QHSE program for all levels of employees
Conducts surveys, evaluations, inspections, regulations, procedure and investigations of incidents and activities without supervision
Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
Lead or participate in investigations of major quality failures and HSE incidents, follow up and verify that corrective actions are effective
Responsible to collect, analyze and report Environment, Health and Safety statistics
Communicate with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations
Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in her/his field of competencies
Provide training and development to ensure competency of QHSE Staff and workforce
Ensuring GDPR standards, handling consents, ensuring data security as well as quality assurance and lectorate of marketing material and all kinds of content
Report exclusively to the CE
Skills and experience:
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (Mandatory)
Certification/Experience in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and GDPR
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field or in a related area
Multinational experience
Knowledge and experience in the Lean management
Highly motivated, self-starting individual who requires minimal supervision with a drive for learning and self-improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills to lead, work within and coach Teams and build relationships and networks
Ability to manage complex issues and work with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel abroad (Europe: Ukraine, Serbia)
Fluency in Hungarian, English both in written and spoken
Excellent IT skills across Microsoft Office
Class B driving license (more than 10 years of experience)
Advantage:
