Our partner is a company with an international background who provide technical payment services to their clients on a global level. They aim to connect real-life needs with smart digital solutions, helping their customers in a variety of industries. With the help of their self-developed banking transaction solution, they ensure efficient and secure cash flows for international and domestic companies. 
 
There are currently 30 main colleagues working at their headquarters in Budapest, and now we are looking for a new colleague in their expanding team as a
 
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • General planning, operation and maintenance of the following processes: event-,  incident-, problem-, change management, customer request fulfilment, process objective, resource capacity planning and management, SLA management and reporting
  • General oversight of Service Desk function, including performance trending and ticket analysis, handling escalated support issues, identifying, and quantifying improvement opportunities, and allocating staff accordingly to meet business objectives
  • Ensure E2E resolution of service desk tickets within contracted SLA levels by involving IT, implementation and processing resources – depending on the nature of the issue
  • Job specific accountabilities based on job description such as meetings, escalated help desk resolution, reporting and trending, etc
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures in line with strategic objectives
  • Skills augmentation as appropriate to support initiatives
  • Mentoring/coaching primarily the SD operators but all operation staff involved in the above processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Etc. or another relevant field
  • 5+ years’ combined IT experience in payment processing and/or banking and/or telecommunications
  • 3+ years’ experience leading technical staff in support, maintenance, or project activities
  • ITIL 3 knowledge 
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • English knowledge – strong communicative
