Job Summary
The Area Human Resources Manager provides consultative guidance to the Division Business Planning Team members from Hungary, Greece, Romania and Slovenia and tactical execution in key HR areas such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Career Development, Employee Services, Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Workforce Planning, and Employee Relations. Ensures effective compliance with state governing agencies and collaborates with business management and HR on the resolution of employee investigations. 
Job Duties:
  • Establishes strong relationships with area business leaders to formulate area strategies incorporating the needs of each geography, identifying achievements, and addressing concerns. 
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with business management to investigate, analyze, and resolve critical and complex concerns (e.g., potential legal risks, unfavorable trends, etc.) following the implementation of new processes and tools. 
  • Provides direction amidst changing business priorities (e.g., downsizing, implementations, conversions, etc.) to ensure comprehensive and legally sound HR solutions. 
  • Develops implementation plans to ensure successful execution of Human Resources initiatives. 
  • Develops implementation plans to address periodic business initiatives (e.g., changes in workforce levels, etc.). 
  • Participates in external surveys, conferences, and professional associations to develop external relationships that provide comparative global planning and process information. 
  • Provides consultative guidance for business management to develop resolution strategies for employee issues and concerns (e.g., disciplinary action, etc.) in a timely and effective manner. 
  • Manages resources and people processes (e.g., Performance Management, Career Development, Training, Staffing, etc.) to ensure the day to day administration of processes and formal procedures.
  • Identifies opportunities to involve others in new and challenging work assignments and/or rotations that advance the skills and capabilities of individuals and the organization. 
  • Min Bachelor Degree
  • Advanced English Knowledge (easy to negotiate)
