Our partner is looking for:
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD SPECIALIST EU - Szekesfehervar
 
How your typical day would go:
  • Manage resolution of all functional problems during the whole process from ReqtoPay (requisition to payment), including invoice mismatching problems, PO modifications related to invoice problems for all customers
  • Keep contact with internal customers and handling supplier inquiries
  • Communication/interaction via email/phone requestors and suppliers
  • Analyze vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendor statements
  • Investigate invoices and drive the resolution of the recognized discrepancies
  • Run standard and ad hoc reports
  • Ensure adequate controls are in place and are performed with due care, understand and adhere to the SOX policy

Qualifications:
We will like you if you have:
  • At least secondary school certificate (university or college degree is advantage)
  • Fluent in English is a must, additional French knowledge is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in afternoon shift is an advantage
  • Compliance/AP/Procurement experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication, flexibility and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-orientation
  • Accurate, independent, proactive and reliable personality
