Our partner is the largest recipe sharing community in the world and they believe they can build a better
world through encouraging even more people to cook. Today they are helping more than 100 million
people each month.
Now we are currently looking for a new employee for their group, for the following position
What you will do:
As a Community Manager for their polish users your role will be to help build a user community that
people want to be a part of. Be passionate about the company's mission to make everyday
cooking more fun. This will involve:
  • Help to build brand awareness
  • Grow a local core community
  • Engage local foodies and welcome them as new members
  • Encourage member retention
  • Social media promotions (all networks), digital marketing and newsletters
  • Run campaigns/contests to engage with the users
  • Organize public events
You will identify with this role if you:
  • Have a university or a college degree
  • Are a new entrant or at least have 1 year of work experience ideally in the online marketing area
  • Speak and write fluent Polish and have good English language skills
  • Have knowledge of the following programs: CMS, Google Analytic, Tableau, Microsoft Office and Slack
  • Are passionate and well informed about cooking, especially in your local community
  • Have a can-do attitude and you are self-driven
  • Are very people-focused
  • Can manage a spreadsheet and write a newsletter
