Our Client is recognized as most innovative automotive supplier in the “driveline electrification” category. One of their department is specialized for MOTORSPORTS.

They built up an IT competence center in Budapest for their large ERP system and they would like to expand their professional IT team with experienced colleagues for the following position requiring great responsibility and professional competence:

2ND LEVEL SUPPORT EXPERT
(MS TECHNOLOGIES)

Tasks:

  • Customizing of workplace, collaboration, search and intranet solutions mainly based on Microsoft technologies,
  • Clarification of solution demands for new applications,
  • Independent processing of 2nd level support issues (expert level),
  • Contact the user and troubleshooting/resolve the problems remotely,
  • Administration, maintenance, monitoring and support of Office365, NGI & SharePoint solutions,
  • Maintain and review of the framework conditions laid down by company for the SharePoint environment,
  • Documentation of the changes made to the services and functionalities,
  • Consulting of users in the use and customization of Office365,
  • NextGen Intranet and SharePoint,
  • Carry out trainings on the use of Office365 services, NextGen Intranet & SharePoint.

Expectations:

  • Degree in Information Technology or Economics,
  • 2nd level support experience on MS technologies,
  • Language skills in English,
  • Good didactic / teaching skills, sociable,
  • Independent work,
  • Willingness to travel.
